Amira is an expert in corporate development and growth strategy with nearly 20 years of experience.

Amira serves as the global head of corporate development. She is responsible for driving ICF’s mergers and acquisitions growth strategy. After joining ICF in 2020, Amira spearheaded the seamless integration of our largest acquisition to date: leading digital transformation provider ITG.

Amira has extensive experience spanning the mergers and acquisitions lifecycle, with a specific focus on cross-border transactions and various complex regulatory markets. She has managed over 50 transactions ranging from $80 million to $88 billion. These transactions involved Fortune 500 companies in the consulting services, pharmaceuticals, consumer packaged goods, aerospace and defense, media, and telecommunications sectors. Her prior roles include leading mergers and acquisitions integration for McCormick & Company, managing end-to-end transactions at Deloitte and KPMG, and working as an investment banker.
